Complimentary Consultation, Transparent Professional Fees
Your first conversation with Sleeping Giant Travel Co. is complimentary. If you decide to move forward after that consultation, the professional planning fee is paid before personalized supplier research, itinerary design, recommendations, and booking work begin. The fees below explain what is included before you make that decision.
Complimentary Consultations
The initial consultation is complimentary and carries no obligation. We use this conversation to understand your travel goals, budget, timing, preferences, mobility, and comfort needs, and to explain how the paid planning process works.
Professional Fees
Personalized Planning Fee
- Curated cruise recommendations (river, ocean, or expedition)
- Supplier research and itinerary design
- Booking management and coordination
- Up to 2 major itinerary revisions during the planning phase
$250 CAD
Additional Fees
- After the initial 2 revisions: $50 per change
Group Planning & Management Fee
- Group coordination and communication
- Cabin blocking and inventory management
- Supplier liaison and contract oversight
- Payment tracking and guest management
- Price is per 5 cabins and/or 10 full fare passengers
$350 CAD
Additional Fees
- 6–10 cabins (or 11–20 passengers): +$150
- 11–20 cabins (or 21–40 passengers): +$300
- 20+ cabins: Custom quote
Cancellation Fee

- Client-initiated cancellations after booking
- Time, supplier coordination, and administrative work already completed
- Minimum fee floor: $150
10% of fare (before taxes and fees)
Please note: all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. All fees are plus Ontario HST.
